Accommodation Booking Request
This form should only be used to book our accommodation for a meeting, land based training event/course, party, barbecue etc. eg a non-water based activity. No water craft (canoes, kayaks or rafting equipment) can be booked with this form.

You must be 18 or over to make a booking. Bookings can be made by individuals, families, clubs, groups, businesses etc.

Booking Details
This form allows you to make bookings for multiple days.

Please enter:

- for each day you are booking, enter on a separate line, the date followed by the start-end times you want eg 5 May 25 18.00-22:00 (you should include time for setting up and clearing away);
- the estimated maximum number attending a session at any one time;
- whether you are booking the classroom (yes/no) and/or changing room (yes/no);
- the type of event you are running eg private meeting, public meeting, party, training course, scout meeting etc;
- an invoice address if it differs from the contact details above. Either a postal or email address;
- any other information relevant to the event eg special requirements etc;
- confirm that you agree to abide by the Centre's Terms and Conditions.

NB Accommodation charges are based on sessions (typically 4hrs morning, afternoon and evening) so if your booking covers more than one session or is > 4hrs your charge will be increased pro-rata.
