This form should only be used to book Centre craft and/or its accommodation, if you intend to carry out activities on the water, locally or further afield.

You must be 18 or over to make a booking. The hirer must operate under their own Safety Framework and provide evidence of it along with signing a Service Agreement.

The Safety Framework will need to be subject to the responsibilities put on it by a recognised body such as PaddlesportUK, The Scout Association, Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (AALA) etc.

Typical groups that will have their own Safety Framework are scouts, guides, cadets, canoe clubs, water based businesses etc.

This form allows you to make bookings for multiple days.

Please enter:

- for each day you are booking, enter on a separate line, the date followed by the start-end times you want eg 5 May 25 18.00-22:00 (you should include time for setting up and clearing away);
- the estimated maximum number of participants taking part in an individual water-based session (do not including instructors/leaders);
- max no. of centre kayaks required for a session;
- max no. of centre open canoes required for a session;
- max no. of raft kits required for a session;
- whether you are booking the changing room (yes/no) and/or classroom (yes/no);
- the type of event you are running eg training / award course, fun evening, social paddle etc;
- an invoice address if it differs from the contact details above. Either a postal or email address;
- any other information relevant to the event eg special requirements etc;
- confirm that you agree to abide by the Centre's Terms and Conditions.
- confirm that you already have a signed Service Agreement with the Centre.

NB Craft hire charges are based on sessions (typically 4hrs morning, afternoon and evening) so if your booking time covers more than one session or is > 4hrs your charge will be increased pro-rata.

For kayaks, canoes and rafts you may need a mix for a session but will be invoiced only for particpants attending. There is no charge for craft for instructors / leaders.
